The new Bachelors' programs will open on September 26th, 2016 and offer two exciting specializations: one in Business of Culinary Arts and the other one in International Hospitality Management.
Le Cordon Bleu Paris Bachelors' programs combine operational management and professional techniques at an international level.The three years consist of four semesters in class and two semesters in a company to give students the necessary hands-on experience to excel in their field.
What's more is the exciting opportunity to broaden your international experience and cultural discoveries by completing a Culinary Arts module at a Le Cordon Bleu campus anywhere in the world (first trimester of the second year of the program).
The last year of the program focuses on the entrepreneurial aspect of the specialization chosen to give you the keys to understanding and evolving in a quickly developing field. Most of the classes will be taught in English and some classes will be taught in French and translated live into English.
